“K-Designers recently installed vinyl siding over the wood siding of our house in Le Mars. For some time, I had been considering the covering of the old siding with new siding as a means of increasing the energy efficiency for both the heating and cooling of the house, and also as a means of decreasing the cost of maintaining the wood siding. I had not really considered the changed appearance of the house in my thinking. I was pleasantly surprised at how much more attractive the house was after the installation of the vinyl siding. A number of our friends and neighbors have also commented about the improved appearance.

Since the application of the insulation and siding, I have noticed that the house does not cool down as quickly at night when I turn the thermostat down and heats up more quickly in the morning when the heat is turned up. Furthermore, the walls on the north and west sides of the house are not as drafty as they were before the siding was installed.

All of the people connected with K-Designers that we have encountered have been very courteous and accommodating to deal with. After the job was completed, there was no need for further clean-up of the premises.”
